1.
Senior
members may play at any time unless the courts are reserved for matches,
tournaments, organised social play or coaching sessions. Times of these events will be posted on the
notice boards and the Club will endeavour to give as much notice as
possible. From time to time however,
sessions will require to be re-arranged at short notice and a notice will be
posted to this effect as soon as is practical.
2.
Seniors will have priority over Juniors at all times except:
Monday to Friday 4.30pm to 6.00pm and Saturday
evenings from 6pm onwards when Juniors will have priority.
3.
If the courts are full and members are waiting to play, players already
on court should vacate the court after 20 minutes play. This should be done in the order that
players started play. If singles
matches are on and players are waiting to play, the singles match should offer
to make up a doubles with players who are waiting to play.
4.
The times of regular organised Social Play are as follows:
Saturday afternoons from 2pm to 5pm and Wednesday
evenings from 6.30pm to 9pm. All 6
courts, if required, will be reserved for this. All senior members, and junior members who play in senior teams,
are welcome and encouraged to participate in this.
5.
The
times of matches will be posted on the notice board at the start of the season
and during the season, as dates become known.
6.
Any member bringing a visitor to the Club
should deposit a visitor’s fee in an envelope behind the bar or in the
letterbox marked for the attention of the Tennis Treasurer. The fee is £3 per visit.
